Women’s Ministry

Women’s Ministries

The purpose of women’s ministries is to glorify God by reaching women and

  • Leading them to know God in a personal and vibrant way through prayer and Bible study.
  • Equipping them to become more like Christ;
  • Challenging them to pattern their lives according to God’s Word;
  • Encouraging them to develop deep friendships and accountability;
  • Providing them opportunities to serve others;

And In Everything

  • Reflecting the beauty of the Lord Jesus Christ.

    Some Scriptures to Think About:

                For we are God’s workmanship, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do.  Ephesians 2:10

                 Each one should use whatever gift he has received to serve others, faithfully administering God’s grace in its various forms.   1Peter 4:10

                 Just as each of us has one body with many members, and these members do not all have the same function, so in Christ we who are many form one body, and each member belongs to all the others.  We have different gifts, according to the grace given us.     Romans 12:4-6a

                 Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up.  Therefore, as we have opportunity, let us do good to all people, especially to those who belong to the family of believers.    Galatians 6:9-10

                 Let us hold unswervingly to the hope we profess, for he who promised is faithful.  And let us consider how we may spur one another on toward love and good deeds.  Let us not give up meeting together, as some are in the habit of doing, but let us encourage one another- and all the more as you see the Day approaching.     Hebrews 10:23-25

                Therefore, since we are surrounded by such a great cloud of witnesses, let us throw off everything that hinders and the sin that so easily entangles, and let us run with perseverance the race marked out for us.  Let us fix our eyes on Jesus, the author and perfector of our faith, who for the joy set before him endured the cross, scorning its shame, and sat down at the right hand of the throne of God.   Hebrews 12: 1-2
